Preparation and Usage
Shopping List (Serves 2)
1 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
250 - 300g diced chicken
100ml single cream
20g ground almonds (optional)
1 pack Geeta's Korma Curry Paste
Method
Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
Add chicken and cook until sealed.
Stir in paste and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add 100ml water, cream & almonds, heat through and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked.
Not suitable for microwave use.
Great with prawns, or for a Vegetarian option, why not try Paneer
