SHIPPING & RETURNS

We only ship within the United States to the contiguous 48 US states.

Alaska, Hawaii, and APOs will incur extra shipping charges, usually using the US Postal Service.

Orders under $55 the freight is $13.95

WE WILL CONTACT YOU by Email  if we consider any charges are needed to your order.

 

  • Glass, Cans and especially heavy items may incur extra shipping charges depending on the size of the total order.
  • We ship via the US Postal Service, Fedex Smart Post, Fedex Ground or Fedex Express Services.
  • Delivery times usually take 3- 10 days. We are located in NH on the East Coast.
  • Please contact us if you need package shipped two day or next day air. Extra shipping will apply for these services
  • Note that FedEx levies a $15.00 address correction adjustment for packages that are not correctly addressed. Please ensure that the address you are shipping to is correct so as not to incur this extra charge. If you have incorrectly addressed your order, and FedEx has charged the extra charges, we will add these charges to your account.
  • We cannot guarantee that chocolate items will arrive safely over the summer months even if the thermal shipping option is used.
  • Please ADD thermal shipping for an EXTRA $10
  • The customer accepts the risk of thermal damage when placing an order.
  • Thermal shipping is done on Monday and Tuesday only so package does not sit over the weekend.
  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    If your order is not entirely satisfactory, please call or e-mail us first.
    Products may be returned for replacement or refund in the following manner:

    • Returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt.
    • In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
    • All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included.
    • In the case of damage, items will be replaced or credit given. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items as they may be needed for insurance purposes. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
