Preparation and Usage
Shopping List ( Serves 2)
1 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
250- 300g diced chicken
200g chopped canned tomatoes
100ml single cream
1 pack Geeta's Tikka Curry Paste

Method
- Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
- Add chicken and cook until sealed.
- Stir in paste and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and stir for 4 - 5 minutes.
- Add 100ml single cream, heat through and simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked.
Not suitable for microwave use.
Great with seafood, or for a Vegan option, why not try mushrooms, peas and green beans
