WHAT YOU NEED. 420g pack Free From Chocolate Brownie Mix. 2 medium eggs. 175g softened butter. 100ml milk. Method. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Grease and line a 20cm square tin. 2. Melt the butter, then pour the chocolate brownie mix into a bowl, add the eggs and milk. Whisk with an electric whisk until pale, smooth and free of lumps. 3. Stir in half of the chocolate chunks. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and sprinkle over the remaining chocolate chunks. Bake for 25-30 minutes until just set. 5. Allow to cool before removing from the tin, serve cut into rectangles. …6. For best results, eat on day of baking. Tip if not going to be consumed on day of baking, wrap in foil and place in freeze. To defrost leave in foil, place in sealed container and defrost overnight at room temperature. FOR A DAIRY FREE OPTION: use 175ml sunflower oil instead of butter and 100ml soya milk instead of cows milk. (Time 20-25 minutes, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
