Baked in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, these crisp, tangy biscuits are made with the crystallised Australian stem ginger, churned British butter and British wheat flour including flour from wheat grown on Duchy Home Farm at Highgrove. For a decadent finish, they are coated in dark chocolate.
